Technological Strength of Changli Tractors Highly Recognized by Japanese Customers, Opening a New Chapter of Cross-border Cooperation

Recently, a delegation of Japanese agricultural machinery made a special trip to visit the headquarters factory of Changli Tractor to investigate the intelligent production process and quality management system in depth, and participate in customized after-sales service training. Customers marveled at the precision of the tractor production line developed by Changli and the digitalized quality inspection process, and signed a long-term purchase and technical cooperation agreement on the spot. 

Technology Sharing and Deepening Cooperation

The Japanese customer focused on learning Changli's core technologies in precision casting and intelligent assembly, and the two sides exchanged views on lightweight design and energy efficiency optimization of agricultural machinery. The engineers of Changli synchronously demonstrated the remote fault diagnosis system, and its response speed and data visualization capability were highly evaluated by the Japanese side. 

Quality as a medium to expand high-end market

The customer representative said, “The whole process of quality control, from parts testing to machine delivery, reflects the excellent standard of Made in China, and we are looking forward to jointly developing products that are more suitable for the East Asian market.” 

Building a globalized service system

Based on the cooperation agreement, Changli will set up a joint technology center with its Japanese partner to provide localized parts supply and special protection services during the agricultural season, marking a further step in the globalization strategy of “technology going to the sea + service taking root” of Changli.
