Training activities for highly qualified farmers and agricultural engineers

Recently, nearly one hundred agricultural mechanics from the training course for high-quality farmers in Tengzhou City went to Changli Tractor Factory (hereinafter referred to as “Changli”) to conduct a field visit and study. The purpose of this activity is to improve the farmers' knowledge and operation ability of modern agricultural equipment through the combination of theory and practice, and to inject new kinetic energy into the development of agricultural mechanization.  

Significance and Achievements of the Activity  

1. Skill Enhancement and Safe Production Guarantee 

   Through the systematic learning of tractor operation specification and maintenance knowledge, combined with the factory field observation, the trainee farmers deeply understand the intelligent and standardized production process of agricultural machinery, effectively solve the hidden danger of unlicensed driving, and promote the standardization of agricultural machinery operation.  

2. Integration of industry and education to promote the application of technology  

   The trainees visited the intelligent production line and the R&D laboratory of new agricultural machinery in the factory, and the technical team of the factory demonstrated the fault diagnosis and maintenance skills on the spot, which helped the trainees to master the practical skills and laid the foundation for the subsequent efficient operation in the field.  

3. Supply and Demand Matchmaking and Market Expansion  

   The event set up a platform for direct communication between farmers and enterprises. Many trainees said that they had a clearer understanding of equipment selection through contact with the latest models; enterprises took this opportunity to collect feedback from frontline users, optimize product design and promote technology iteration.  

Future Cooperation Direction 

Changli plans to deepen cooperation with local agricultural departments, incorporate factory visits into the regular training system, and jointly carry out regional agricultural machinery skills competitions to further stimulate the enthusiasm of agricultural engineers. At the same time, the enterprise will provide technical certification and employment recommendation for outstanding trainees to help revitalize rural talents.
